Savage Century

MGRS Ultra

The Savage Century gravel course is simply amazing. Open farmland, pristine woods and secluded roads are just a few of the sights you will see on this 100-mile gravel adventure. Don’t get too comfortable in the saddle. Ivan will be there to give you a rude awakening as you near the finish line.

Matt Acker was pivotal in helping create the 130 mile course before it changed to 100 miles in 2025. Thank you for being so awesome and gracious Matt!

The Savage Century is a solo endeavor. No outside assistance providing fluid/food is allowed in the Savage Century. Other cyclists in the Savage Century can assist each other. If you break down or become injured during the Savage Century, please contact your rescue crew or contact the phone number listed on the back of your race plate so pick up arrangements can be made. Please notify us if you are dropping. It is very important for us to know if you drop so that we can account for everyone at the end of the day.

Savage Century registrants that complete this extremely challenging 100 mile course within 6.5 hours will be awarded the coveted Savage Century HATCHET or a custom Savage Century insulated cup!

All Savage Century racers get a T-shirt. Any Savage Century riders that finish before 5 PM also get a groovy Savage Century Finisher patch!
